No. Opening a request in QDog is free. The community may create it voluntarily; the project does not promise a completion date or acceptance.

How it works
From character idea to community request

Name the character and add an image
The character name and a public HTTPS image URL are required. Add local image attachments directly in the GitHub Issue after continuing.

Add optional details
The original work, visual style, props, and animation preferences are optional.

Choose a submission path
Use this form, Codex, or the GitHub Issue form. This form opens a prefilled Issue for you to confirm and publish.

Wait for a volunteer
Contributors can discuss, claim, create, review, and submit the pet. Timing depends on volunteer interest and capacity.
What the community offers
A request queue, not a paid commission shop
QDog is an open community gallery. The project does not charge a request fee, and community-made pets are published with creator, source, and usage information. A request can be declined, remain unclaimed, or need better references.
When the pet is published
It receives a gallery detail page with animation previews and installation options. You can then install it directly from the website on macOS, Linux, or Windows.

What must I provide?
Provide the character or concept name and a publicly accessible reference image. The original work and visual preferences are optional.
Do I need to make the spritesheet myself?
No. Submit the character name and reference image; contributors handle production when they choose to claim it.
